ReplyDeleteEl sol, es cegador, cuando viene de frente. Cuando yo voy a la playa, oriento la sombrilla y no tengo ese problema.
ReplyDeleteEs muy bueno caminar y es un ejercicio que está al alcance de todos. En casa, hay una cinta de andar, que yo no utilizo, a mí lo que me gusta es andar por las calles y parques, estás mucho más distraída.
