I managed to lose 9kg while hiking overseas. Now I want to keep the weight loss journey going. So more walking everywhere in streets

    Ustedes entran en las temporadas Otoño/invierno, y nosotros entramos en la de Primavera/verano, como dice el refrán nunca llueve a gusto de todos.
    La imagen refleja muy bien, lo molesto que a veces es el sol , cuando llega al ocaso.

    El sol, es cegador, cuando viene de frente. Cuando yo voy a la playa, oriento la sombrilla y no tengo ese problema.
    Es muy bueno caminar y es un ejercicio que está al alcance de todos. En casa, hay una cinta de andar, que yo no utilizo, a mí lo que me gusta es andar por las calles y parques, estás mucho más distraída.
