Scoresby Rodeo Series #1374 Chesterfield Farm

Two little piglets, nose to snout,
Debating what life's all about.
One says, “Forward!” full of zeal,
The other, “Wait—there's grass to steal.”

They march as one through dusk's soft glow,
With curly tails all set to go.
For every race on earth, it seems,
Begins with tiny squeals and dreams.

  1. A very good thematic "twist."
From the big city to the countryside!

  2. They are definitely cute little piggies. If they are at a rodeo they get chased around the arena.

  5. Cute piggies, cute writing. Tiny squeals and dreams are harder for me to remember, so I thank you.

  6. Me encanta el contraste entre la ternura del blanco y negro y el toque de humor de tus versos sobre esos 'pequeños sueños'.
    Un abrazo.
