I just love her costume like what an Egyptian Queen would have worn 

By now, I have learnt from my Spanish blogger friends that these costumes are of central American origins. Mybe the festival parade should be labelled as "Latin Parade".

  6. Lavish costume which looks like it might be Aztec in origin, but I can't really tell. In answer to your question False Spiraea's flowers and leaves contain the toxin hydrogen cyanide which can improve respiration and digestion in very small doses, but can be fatal in larger doses. It is not a medicinal plant.
