Three cowboys linger by the rails,
Trading tall tales and bargain sales.
One grins wide, one nods along,
One's jacket says he's twice as strong.
The cattle wait, the night stands still,
Moonlight spills across the hill.
Before the ride, before the dust
A rodeo runs on jokes and trust.

Muy buena serie. El blanco y negro es majestuoso.

..."Trading tall tales and bargain sales." I like this!
ReplyDeleteThe cowboys who hang out here are called, "Chute Roosters." But the guy with the rope in his hand is working the bucking chutes waiting for the livestock and cowboy to get ready for a ride. Fine action shot.

Those hats show an influence that isn't quite Texan. Can't quite put my finger on it. And if I did, one of those guys would thump lumps on my head.
ReplyDeleteBut I do like the hats...
ReplyDeleteThe photo's atmosphere shows they're ready to ride.
