The rodeo herd marched past the stand,
Ignoring every human plan.
"Grab Some Grub!" the sign proclaimed
The cattle seemed completely untamed.
They glanced once up, then carried on,
As if to say, "Your chips are wrong."
For cows know truths we've yet to learn:
The grass is free, why wait your turn?

They had to turn out the roping calves that were not used, or they were moving the calves into the chutes for the event. More action in the arena.
