This is what happens when you have a white dog that sheds. This is fine street photo.
That would be a hell of a dog to shed that much hair!
Oh, he's one of those "statue guys," is he, who only move if you put a donation in their busker cup? Cool.
He did move. He needed to protect his cash in the bin, or they get stolen quickly
