      I think helmet is a basic requirement to ride a bike, but the law is not enforced properly

    Awesome! You captured the lady's smile so well. You see more people on motorcycles like this in places like Cambodia, Thailand, and Malaysia, although it may have changed some, since I haven't been in those countries in decades.
