Hoiser Lane was once groovy and special. Now it is a shelter for homeless and drug addicts. It is still safe in the day time though.

  1. The graffiti has gotten out of hand. Seems art has just become a mess. Too bad about the homeless and drug addicts. These are problems all our societies need to confront.
