I doubt that little dog could pull her over if it suddenly bolted. Lovely scene with the shaded sunlight and the kid in the stroller in the background. There is action on the street even if it is quiet.
Abandoned meaning not one there is at the time, or is it a place where shops are not open anymore? The trees pick up great light textures and of cours the dog, so small, is of great interst.
