Another picture that leaves me asking questions, Roentare. What's in the bag and what are those dark stains on the sidewalk? ~ lol! My mind is wandering on the dark side tonight. My realistic guess is he has a small "purse" dog inside the bag. I've see lots of little dogs happily riding around in purses.
