On the right, the surfer treads the sand,
Board held easy in his hand.
The sea hums low, a rhythmic tune,
Beneath the soft breath of afternoon.
To the left, the skyline shimmers far,
Each tower catching the day’s last star.
Gold Coast gleams in a hazy glow,
Dream and distance, ebb and flow.
Between the two, the tide’s long sigh,
Carries the hush of sea and sky.
One man, one coast, one fading light
The world divided, yet calm, and right.

This beach is far from the city with its skyline on the horizon. The surfer is walking the beach looking for the perfect wave.

One solo surfer. Great shot of the sea and dramatic clouds :-D
ReplyDeleteAn atmosphere to immerse in
DeleteA peaceful scene, beautifully captured. The verses flow like the tide—gentle, balanced, with a touch of wistfulness. Lovely harmony between man, nature, and cityscape.
