Swanston Street strides in monochrome beat,
heels and sneakers tapping shared concrete.
One checks time, one scans the sky,
one walks past with a practised sigh.
Shopfront clocks promise “you’re alive,”
traffic hums its daily drive.
Everyone starring, no script, no stage
just Melbourne turning another page.

M'agrada molt aquest rellotge, la vida continua sense que, aparentment, se n'adoni ningú.
