Whittlesea Rodeo Series #1395 Whittlesea showgrounds

The rider spread his wings,

the bull lowered its head.
Each was committed to a plan
only one remained seated.

Dust kept the secret,
the crowd held its breath;
and for one spectacular moment,
gravity waited its turn.

  1. Otra bella escena del rodeo captando al jinete en el momento de ser descabalgado.

  2. That poetic description captures the heart-stopping tension of the arena perfectly. The imagery of gravity waiting its turn while the crowd holds its breath paints such a vivid picture of that split-second battle. Whittlesea showgrounds must have been absolutely electric during this ride. You can practically feel the dust settling over the drama of who managed to stay seated.
