Melbourne Candid Series #397 Uncle Tetsu Cheese Cake

This was a popular cheesecake shop imported from Japan. The original one in Osaka was really soft and tender to taste, melting in the mouth immediately. Not sure about this one though

  1. I would like to taste that typical Japanese cheesecake. It seems it is not too sweet.

    1. It was quite nice to taste. Not original but good enough in downunder lol

  2. You will have to check out the cheesecake and let us know if it lives up to its Japanese reputation. Love your photo with the reflection giving two views of reality combined.

    1. It tastes quite good actually. Can't complain as I do not need to fly over there.

  4. Oh, that must be the kind of Japanese cheesecake known as "jiggly cheesecake" -- I've never had an opportunity to try it!

  10. I'm pretty fussy about cheesecake but would try a taste. Some is dry and flour, which is the way my father liked it. It rather made me suspicious of cheesecake in general!
