Too windy for others! Parking meters at hospitals? It is free to park here in Scotland but I noticed they charge in some hositals in England! Great capture, I like it. :-D

Again, another story photo! I hope that she doesn't have someone sick in the hospital. She looks distressed. Looks like there are going to be a couple of unhappy people getting parking tickets!
