Beneath the lamps, she softly glows,
Where midnight keeps its secrets close;
With silver wings and gown so bright,
She dances gently through the night.
The empty streets grow still and deep,
While city dreams are lost in sleep;
A fleeting fairy, passing by
Then vanishing beneath the sky.
