Beneath the shade of spreading trees,
A quiet pause amidst the breeze.
While hurried footsteps pass them by,
And modern structures reach the sky.
A quiet pause amidst the breeze.
While hurried footsteps pass them by,
And modern structures reach the sky.
With weary limbs and heavy hearts,
The city stops, then builds and starts;
A moment found to sit and stay,
Before they drift along their way.
The city stops, then builds and starts;
A moment found to sit and stay,
Before they drift along their way.
